Welcome to the State Identification Card appointment page.

You can now book appointments up to 7 days in advance of your desired visit.

If you do not have an appointment, you may visit one of our offices as a walk-in.  Walk-in service may be provided on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on availability.

Our Ka'u location is currently closed, no appointments or walk-in services will be available for this location.

Please review the following for scheduling an office appointment:

• Check in 15 minutes prior to your appointment time.
  • Your appointment may be cancelled if you arrive 10 minutes or more after your appointment time.
• Limit one transaction per appointment
• Application for State Identification card must be completed, printed, signed, and brought in with you
