Bicycle Tours License
License Description: Any person or company engaged in the business of commercial bicycle tours. In accordance with the Hawaii County Code Section 6, Article 2.
Term: Expires on December 31st
Fee: $500.00 Initial Registration Fee and $250.00 Annual Registration Fee
NOTE: $1000.00 fine for failure to register
Apply for a Bicycle Tour License
Complete and submit the following to the Vehicle Registration & Licensing Division:
- Commercial Bicycle Tours Business Application
- $500.00 Initial Registration or $250.00 Annual Registration Fee - make payable to: County Director of Finance
Renew a Bicycle Tour License
Renewal Letter will be mailed to you prior to the expiration of your license
Update Business License Information
Business License holders must notify the Vehicle Registration & Licensing Division of any changes to:
- Physical Address
- Mailing Address
- Business Name or Owner
- Contact Information
To update any information, complete and submit the Business License Information Update Form to the Vehicle Registration & Licensing Division.
Note: Licenses are Non-Transferable
