Converting a Provisional License to a Full License

To convert your provisional license to a full driver’s license:

1. Complete and print a driver license application (please bring printed application with you);
2. Present original or certified copy of document(s) for proof of name and date of birth;
3. Present proof of Social Security Number;
4. Present original or certified copy of document(s) for proof of legal presence;
5. Present two (2) documents for Proof of Residence Address;
6. Complete and pass eye screening;
7. Have a clear driving status on the National Driver Registry.
8. Refer to Acceptable Document List.
